    I recommend another option.

In the Stock Exchanges there are programs and courses free ot at low cost.

Ask at the nearest Stock Exchange.

Books don’t really help that much. Experience is the most important and it has to be real money.
You don’t get the excitement or afraid when you lose paper money.
Swing trading? Do you mean daytrading?
There are plenty of information and educational material online from major trading companies like TD Ameritrade, E*Trade, and Optionhouse.com.
Yahoo.com and other major websites also have plenty of learning materials.

You can even leave me a specific question and I’ll try to answer it ASAP.
